Responsibilities

  • Coordinate translations and oversee the publishing of content on the website using WordPress
  • Ensure content is updated according to the style guide
  • Oversee the translation process for multilingual content
  • Manage and coordinate freelance writers, translators, and other contributors
  • Analyze content performance and assist in developing strategies to improve engagement
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing departments to ensure content distribution meets audience needs and enhances engagement
  • Maintain familiarity with CMS, task management tools, and localization platforms
  • Ensure content meets high-quality standards and aligns with the company’s brand and objectives

Requirements

  • Experience with WordPress
  • Experience with Crowdin (or similar platform)
  • Close familiarity with Google Workspace
  • Previous experience with task management tools (Jira preferred)
  • English proficiency (B2-C1)

Will be a plus

  • Localization experience (management of a team of freelance translators)
  • Copywriting background
  • Acquaintance with the Upwork platform
  • Experience working with multilingual projects
