Partner Relationship Specialist – Malay Speaker

Responsibilities
- Proactively contact all newly registered leads through phone calls, messaging platforms, and online meetings to convert them into active partners
- Achieve individual activity and conversion KPIs, including calls made, meetings conducted, and partner activations, in line with Business Development objectives
- Qualify incoming leads by understanding their business needs, motivations, and potential, while presenting the company’s products and partner program effectively
- Activate, nurture, and develop partners throughout the early stages of their lifecycle until they are ready for a successful handover to a Partner Relationship Manager (PRM)
- Manage a high volume of leads efficiently, ensuring timely follow-ups and maximizing every business opportunity.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales and onboarding journey
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, pipeline progress, and outcomes within the CRM system
- Identify when partners have reached the required activation level and coordinate a smooth, well-documented handover to the assigned PRM
- Collaborate closely with PRMs, Marketing, and Onboarding/Support teams to ensure seamless communication and information flow
- Share insights on lead quality, customer objections, and recurring questions to continuously improve sales scripts, marketing campaigns, and conversion strategies
Requirements
- Experience in inside sales, telesales, lead qualification, account activation, customer support, or a similar high-volume client-facing role. Experience within financial services or fintech is an advantage but not mandatory
- Strong ability to communicate confidently across multiple channels, including phone calls, WhatsApp, Telegram, email, and virtual meetings
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport and trust with partners from diverse backgrounds
- Strong sales, negotiation, and objection-handling skills with persistence to effectively nurture and re-engage hesitant or inactive leads
- Demonstrated success in achieving activity and conversion KPIs within a sales-driven environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously
- Ability to quickly learn and confidently present the company’s products, services, and partner program
- High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure, multicultural, and global environment
- Strong team player who collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English and Malay is required
