Office Administrator – Uruguay

Responsibilities
- Coordinate Office & Administration and operations activities to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Organise the office space, maintain the office in excellent condition and arrange necessary upgrades
- Liaise with facility management, including cleaning, and security services, deliveries coordination
- Provide daily support to team members at the office, as well as with team and sit movements (e.g. stationery, travel arrangements, etc).
- Coordinate post-offer pre-onboarding duties and screenings as may be required
- Orient team members on office work, culture, and rules
- Support new employees with migration issues and local accommodations
- Organization of local team-building events for team members
- Market research or other collection of local information at the request of the company’s departments
- Documentary support, office correspondence, as well as withdrawal/receipt of documents on financial and legal issues
Requirements
- High aspiration to develop in the administration and operation sphere
- Driver’s license and a personal car
- Written and verbal communication skills in English
- Foreign languages: Spanish
- Experience with business software such as MS Office Suite and especially Excel
- Meticulous attitude and strong attention to detail
- Solid motivation and strong organisation skills, along with the ability to work under pressure, set priorities and manage own workload
Will be a plus
- Prior experience in an international product company in a similar role
